The ingredients

The quality of Alice Pizza’s products is the result of a careful selection of raw materials, deriving from local suppliers and farmers, in the full respect of environment and in line with the best seasonal offer.

The key element is flour: for our preparations we only use a special flour conceived by the master pizza chef Domenico Giovannini and produced by Molino IMO, a small company based near Orvieto, Umbria. This is a high-quality flour, without any additives and additional flours, which stands out for its great elasticity.
