Today, more than 900 employees share the philosophy of Alice Group and feel part of a large family. Domenico Giovannini personally meets all the pizza chefs during the training courses at Alice Academy, while also keeping a constant dialogue and confrontation relationship with them once their career in an Alice point of sale is launched.
